PokerOS

Player Terms

Last updated 29 August 2026

You use PokerOS to find games and register for them. These are the rules of doing that. They are short because your side of it is simple — the club runs the game, we run the software.

01PokerOS is not the club

A club runs its own games on PokerOS. We supply the clock, the seating and the record; the club supplies the poker. So your registration is with the club, not with us. We do not take your buy-in, hold your money, set the prizes or pay them out.

02Your account is a phone number

You sign in with your phone number and a PIN. That number is how every club desk finds your registration, so use your own and keep the PIN to yourself. If you think someone else has your PIN, change it in your profile. If you lose it, a club can reset it for you at the desk.

03Age

You must be old enough to play in the games you register for, under the law where they are held. A club may ask you to prove it, and may turn you away if you cannot.

04Register honestly

Give the name a club will recognise when you arrive. One account per person: registering twice for the same event under two numbers is grounds for a club to remove you from it.

05Anything about the game goes to the club

A ruling you disagree with, a payout that looks wrong, a refund, a seat you did not get — all of that is the club's to answer. We can show you what the software recorded. We cannot overturn a floor decision, and we will not try.

06What we can do about your account

We may suspend an account used to impersonate someone, to abuse staff or other players, or to interfere with the service. Where we can, we will say why first. You can ask us to delete your account at any time. A club may still keep its own record of games you played, the way it would keep a paper one.

07The software is not perfect

We try to keep PokerOS running and cannot promise it always will. If a clock stops or a screen goes blank, the club's floor is still running the game and their decision stands. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a result, a prize, or a seat.

08Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and material changes are announced in the app before they take effect. Governed by the laws of Thailand. Questions: legal@pokeros.app
